Good news: we're growing, and so there is an opportunity for a Executive Assistant, fluent in Hungarian and English, to join our team in 2009.


Job Description: support and administrative duties, responsibilities include receiving and making calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports, and customer relations. Requires good computer and internet skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work on own initiative.

Priorities: coordinate work flow, update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines, take initiative when required, perform to earn colleagues’s full confidence.

Communication: Compose correspondence/reports, arrange essential mail in priority action order, check deadlines on incoming requests, process replies on own initiative or from dictation or notes, research, and draft reports.

Appointments/Meetings: Maintain calendar; arrange meetings, prepare meeting agenda in advance, act as recording secretary; prepare list of actions / next steps.

Other: Arrange international travel, update and manage records, handle all administrative detail including post, seek greater role in projects within administrative and other areas of competence.
