'Wamp Sunday Market', Gödör Club Budapest, 21 February
"WAMP was founded in 2006 with the aim of bringing closer the artists and the audience in the spirit of art usable in everyday life. At the same time it tries to create a forum for unique, individual, actual and high-quality applied arts objects.

The market is a home for jewellers, graphics-, textile-, ceramics- and glass artists, recycling artists and toymakers, as well as many famous art galleries and award-winning Hungarian designers and products already well-known in the international scene. The atmosphere was first unusual in Budapest, but by now it has gotten into the consciousness of the public and has grown into a monthly event eagerly anticipated.

The other aim of the initiative, which supports the efforts of contemporary Hungarian design, is that using their limited resources they try to form the general taste and support the marketing and image of Hungarian design objects."

Open from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
