Who said you could not “do good” and also be a business success? Doing good one good book and fine cup of Fair Trade organic coffee at a time, Treehugger Dan’s is proof that environmentally-sustainable business has come of age even in Hungary. 

Starting from a small shop little more than 2 years ago, Treehugger Dan’s has become the premier outlet for Fair Trade organic coffee, tea and hot chocolate in Hungary; supplying among others, The Office of the Hungarian President and the Arriba Taqueria Mexican Restaurant. In addition, Treehugger Dan’s has become a force to be reckoned with as a promoter of literature, culture, social justice and environmental causes by hosting a variety of events each month including concerts, poetry readings, political events, Greenpeace and Amnesty International English-language meetings, book launches and more.
