"Róbert Bauer (40) was appointed CEO of Actel Zrt from June 1. Alongside the new role, he has been continuing to work as president of directory of EnterNet Invest Zrt. Bauer is the majority owner of the EnterNet group of companies.


He was made CEO of Actel Zrt after it merged into the EnterNet group of companies. 

Among other things, Bauer will monitor and supervise the consolidation of Actel into the group. 

He is also responsible for managing the company’s opening to the market as an alternative wholesale supplier.
Bauer started his career in the trade sector (clothes and food-stuffs), and has worked in sales, trade and executive director positions. He has also had experience in the financial and insurance businesses. 

From 2005, he has been the executive director of EnterNet 2001 Kft. From April 2007, he has been president of directory of EnterNet Invest Zrt.


The Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT) has announced that its board of directors has appointed Dr György Mohai, previously deputy CEO, as the bourse’s CEO, effective from Thursday, June 19. 



Attila Tóth was appointed deputy CEO. Tóth had previously been its director of business development and communications.

Until the BSE board elects its new chairman, Róbert Cselovszki will continue in his capacity as deputy chairman, leading the Board."
