Now showing in Budapest: ' Mirrors'

Now showing in Budapest: ' Mirrors'
"After accidently shooting an undercover officer, Ben loses his job and turns to alcoholism and anger. Ben takes a job as a night watchman as he tries to pull his life together and reconnect with his family. As Ben patrols the charred remains of the Mayflower department store, he begins to notice something sinister about the mirrors."

Movie type: Thriller - This is a very bloody and gory supernatural thriller, so sensitive viewers be warned about some graphic scenes. Fans of Kiefer Sutherland should be pleased.

Director: : Alexandre Aja

Script: :Alexandre Aja, Grégory Levasseur

Starring:Kiefer Sutherland (Ben Carson), Amy Smart (Angela Carson), Jason Flemyng (Larry Byrne)

Length: 1 hr. 52 min.

Reviews:

“ic, reality or the extended metaphors that can make horror films trenchant examinations of who we really are, Aja crafts films that are both dazzling constructions and utterly hollow endeavors. An empty enterprise that provides a few moments of goofy fun, "Mirrors" reflects back nothing.” by Mark Olsen, Special to The Times

“Once you strip away the effects facade, you are left with a limp story and mounds of confusion followed by more questions posed than answers provided.” Mirrors Movie Review

“If you sit down with "Mirrors" and end up invested in Ben's lukewarm detective work, consider yourself the most patient filmgoer around.” by Brian Orndorf
