Tolerance Video Competition By American Embassy in Budapest
"Discrimination, hatred, and intolerance are at the root of many of the problems we have in the world today. In every country and on every continent, people of all backgrounds still struggle to coexist. It’s true that there are many differences between us, including our race, culture, religion, and gender. But do these differences have to divide us?

The American Embassy in Budapest is sponsoring the 2009 Tolerance Video Competition to highlight the importance of practicing tolerance towards others. Hungarian high school students are invited to submit a short video clip on YouTube that captures the tolerance message in a creative, imaginative, and thought-provoking way. Finalists will be invited to an awards ceremony at the U.S. Embassy in March 2009.
