The municipality of Hajdú-Bihar County has launched the construction of an archaeological park by the M3 motorway in Polgár, northeastern Hungary. The first phase of the Ft 2 billion investment will be completed by autumn 2004. A walkway with Roman ruins, a museum, a sports park, playgrounds, a campsite, restaurants and cafés are planned in the park, said Gábor Nagy, communication manager of the municipality. The National Motorway Rt has granted Ft 900 million for the construction. (Vg 13) G.B.
