The Hungarian government plans to sell the rights for establishing regional health-care management organizations this year as it looks to upgrade its health system and reduce its budget deficit. The government, which in September will submit its proposal to parliament about setting up the management organizations, wants them to start operating in the first half of next year, according to György Radnai, the government official in charge of revising the health-care system.
