Hungarian Telephone Announces Framework Agreement with KPN |
Hungarian Telephone and Cable Corp. today announced that it has reached and signed a framework agreement with Royal KPN NV, the Dutch telecommunications provider, pursuant to which Hungarian Telephone ultimately will purchase for cash KPN's Hungarian telecommunications activities, which are carried out by PanTel Rt., a Hungarian company.
