GKI Economic Research Rt's seasonally adjusted composite confidence index rose 3.7 points to -10.9 points in April. Business confidence rose 4.4 points to -2.9 points, its highest level for three years, while consumer confidence rose 1.7 points to -33.8 points, the first increase since its plunge in August last year.
