Budapest stock exchange chairman clashes with new owner over commodity exchange merger

The CEO of HVB Bank Hungary, Matthias Kunsch, has asked the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE) to suspend its integration process with the Budapest Commodity Exchange, BSE chairman Gyorgy Jaksity announced Friday. HVB recently acquired dominant stakes in both exchanges.
