Kravtex win Ft 260 mln bus order |
Kravtex of Györ has won a public procurement contract worth Ft 260 million to deliver nine coaches by the end of the year to Kisalfold Volán, which operates in NW Hungary, the company said.The other bidder was Nabi. Kravtex started making buses in 1999, and since then, the company has sold 90 of its low-cost, fuel-efficient CREDO city and coaches. Kravtex's new air-conditioned, 45-passenger CREDO model goes for Ft 30.6 million, a quarter less than similar models made in Western Europe and 10% less than Turkish buses, which are generally considered the lowest-priced on the market.
