Hungary's Central Statistics Office (KSH) will publish annual and monthly inflation figures for September on Tuesday. Analysts polled by business daily Napi Gazdaság put the annual consumer price index to 6.9%, which indicates that the process of disinflation has shifted up a gear. The analysts project 6.2% December-December inflation and 6.9% annual average inflation for 2004. Both figures have been revised downward from the previous forecast a month ago.
