HTCC acquires 24.9% minority stake in PanTel, will become 100% owner by end-year |
Hungarian Telephone and Cable Corp (HTCC) announced on Wednesday that it has completed its agreements with the two minority shareholders of PanTel Rt by purchasing their 24.9% equity stake in PanTel.
