Hungary MOL buys 59 petrol stations in Romania |
Hungarian oil and gas firm MOL said on Tuesday that it agreed to purchase Shell Romania SRL from the Royal Dutch/Shell Group, including its 59 gasoline filling stations throughout Romania.
With the transaction, MOL will have 130 filling stations in Romania. Financial details were not disclosed but MOL said it expected the deal to close at the beginning of 2005. Source: Reuters
