A divided country: Hungary
Hungary is holding a referendum on Sunday to decide if ethnic Hungarians living abroad should be granted citizenship and if healthcare should stay in state hands. The population is divided, politicians are at serious odds with each other and pollsters say there is a chance that turnout may be too low for the referendum to be valid.
