Sykes Central-Europe Kft won a Samsung tender to run call center services for the company's whole product range in Hungary, regional CEO of Sykes, György László said. Sykes is about to train and employ 100 associates in accordance with Samsung's conditions over the next two years. The first group has already been trained. The regional center of Sykes in Budapest, and has 600 employees offering call center and customer service outsourcing for companies like Nokia, Motorola, Malév, Hewlett-Packard, Elmu or Fogáz Rt.
