Sanoma Budapest Kiadói Rt, the Hungarian subsidiary of Finnish magazine publisher Sanoma, and Polish company Payback are setting up an online auction site in Hungary.Sanoma Budapest, which has a 32% share of Hungary's glossy magazine market, made the announcement yesterday. Sanoma Budapest and Payback have set up a company called Sanoma Payback Kommunikációs to run the site. The online auction site, at www.teszvesz.hu, will cater mainly for private individuals who want to sell articles to other private individuals. The company will make no charge initially, but will later take a percentage of sales. (Econews; Vg 7, NG 5)
