OTP Real Estate Fund to build logistics park |
OTP Real Estate Fund has purchased a site in Szolokert utca, Dist. 3 and has commenced the construction of a 5,000 sq.m. warehouse and a 2,000 sq.m. office building there, the company announced. The facility will be called Aquincum Logistics Park. The fund has recently increased its total assets to Ft 29.4 billion from Ft 25.5 billion. The proportion of real estates in the fund reached 55% with a net value of Ft 16 billion, therefore the fund is expected to purchase more real estate soon. (Ng 16) M.K. Source: Hungary A.M.
