GVH fined Pannon GSM HUF 30 million in a procedure related to the company's Pannon 50-1000 tariff package and HUF 5 million in another procedure on the DJuice Nonstop commercials. Pannon said minute fees were not rising in its 50-1000 tariff packages once the minutes allowed in the package are used. Pannon's competitors also offered tariff packages of a similar construction. GVH found that some of Pannon's 1000 commercials infringed law when commercials of “Díjcsökkentõ" services misled consumers about the content of the service. In a separate procedure GVH found that Pannon misled consumers when it suggested to users of its DJuice Nonstop service was free. The commercials said that SMSs could be sent free when using that package, meanwhile, in fact the consumers had to pay a monthly fee for that.
