Under the agreement members of the Synergon group are enabled to use Huawei's products under providing systems integration services to their clients. Huawei is a leading Chinese telecommunications equipment and network manufacturer with sales in excess of USD 5.5 billion in 2004. The non-exclusive deal covers Synergon's operation area - Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Croatia. Synergon wishes to exploit the opportunities of the deal primarily via its Czech, Slovak and Croatian subsidiaries.
