Rules of the road to be enforced

The Budapest Police Headquarters (BRFK) has announced increased checks of pedestrians and cyclists to make sure that they are following the rules of the road, in an effort to curb the number of accidents in which pedestrians have been killed. If they do not pay more attention to the highway code, then pedestrians and cyclists alike risk being fined.
