KREAtive Reflections on Art Nouveau
"Side tour of the Mucha exhibition at the Museum of Fine Arts - The exhibition presents the works of the students of KREA Contemporary Arts Institute, each reflecting on the works of Alfons Mucha and the typical characteristics of the era of Art Nouveau.

In this exhibit the contemporary arts institute showcases the latest works of its interior design, fashion design, stylist and graphic design students.

Last semester all student design tasks took Alfons Mucha’s oeuvre and Art Nouveau as a starting point. The works of art selected for this exhibition were inspired by the features and characteristics of Art Nouveau, yet they are all very contemporary, innovative and unique.

The exhibition aims to harmonize works of KREA’s students’ four different areas of focus and showcase the kind of workshop activity going on at the Institute as well as reveal the key characteristics of a style from the last century in the works of art by young, contemporary artists.

Among the KREAtive Reflections on Art Nouveau we can see interior design installations, design objects, unique clothing designs, fashion photos as well as graphic designs."

Opening: 30 March, 11 am.

Venue: Museum of Fine Arts
Address: XIV. Budapest, Dózsa György út 41
