The company court registered a reduction of the registered capital of Hungarian busmaker Nabi Rt from Ft4.625 billion to Ft 518 billion on Aug 15, cutting the nominal value of each ordinary share from the current Ft1,000 to Ft 112 apiece, the company said yesterday. The capital reduction was decided on by a May 27 shareholders' meeting and was necessary because Nabi's net assets fell far below the two-thirds of registered capital required by law. The number of Nabi ordinary shares will remain unchanged at 4,624,600. (Econews; Nb 7)
