Local and market-leading European low-cost carriers in Central and Eastern Europe are attracting a whole new cost-sensitive segment of travelers that would not have taken to the air were it not for the competitive pricing structures introduced by the cost-sensitive airlines, a study reveals. Many, in fact, are first-time travelers.
