Electronic company registration

Share |
A new electronic company registration system, operational since September 1, will drastically reduce the cost of setting up a company in Hungary and making changes to existing companies

The new system, which cost Ft 355 million to set up and includes upkeep and development costs, is available to anyone with an internet-connected computer and a certified electronic signature. Users of the system may pay online for registration of and changes to companies. From the start of 2007, they will also be able to request company information going back ten years. The EU requires all member states to provide electronic company registration by the start of 2008. (Econews; NG 2)
