Danubius Thermal & Conference Hotel Helia Celebrates 15th Birthday This Year
The hotel was opened on 3rd September 1990 that counted as a novelty at that time because of its Scandinavian style.The natural lighting due to lots of glass surface and spacious public areas praise Finnish architecture. The separate conference floor with several conference rooms with a nice panorama has also been proved working well. Danubius Group opened its first Danubius Premier Fitness Club here in the year 2000. By a large-scale investment the reconstruction of the hotel began in 2003, as a result of which Helia awaits its guests from this year with 160 reconstructed, upgraded superior rooms and a renovated swimming pool. In addition to these a coffee shop, a restaurant, a beauty saloon, dental clinic, as well as 9 conference rooms are at the disposal of those interested.
The cure and fitness-wellness section of the hotel has been operated under the trade-name Danubius Health Spa since the year 2004. The wireless or ADSL Internet access serve the comfort of businessmen.
