One day company registration planned

The government plans to change the company act to allow one-day company registration, Justice Ministry undersecretary Gabor Gado confirmed yesterday. For such a fast procedure applicants will have to fill the standard company statute contracts, apply over the internet and reserve the company name in advance. If the bill is approved then it can enter into force from June 1, 2006. (VG p.3)
