"An elderly woman had to be resuscitated after she drove her burning car into the Danube from the Buda rakpart on Thursday.Eyewitnesses said the woman, who was coming from the Third District, took a left turn 200 metres from Margaret Bridge, then drove across a lane and into the river as flames erupted from the right rear of the car. The cap of the fuel tank had been burning.
Fire-fighters succeeded in pulling the woman out of the river and ambulance staff revived her after she spent 10-15 minutes un-der water. The car was later pulled ashore."
