"On the southern most peak of the triple hills at Pannonhalma the Boldog Mór Lookout Tower was erected at a 257 metre elevation. Boldog Mór, or Blessed Maurus (around 1000-1070) was a bishop of the South Hungarian diocese of Pécs, was an abbot of Pannonhalma about 1030.Enjoy an exquisite view of the Sokoró Hills and the Pannonhalma Basin spreading out at its feet. Even the northern range of the Bakony Hills are visible from here. The lookout may easily be reached on the footpath marked by yellow stripes from the direction of Our Lady's Chapel.
Can be visited at any time."
