Market Almost Optimistic About Budapest's Real Estate Sector |

"Players of Hungary’s real estate market have become more certain and more upbeat about the prospects of sector in Portfolio.hu’s last quarterly poll in 2009. A majority of the respondents expect a further increase in transaction yields, but forecast vacancy rate to peak way above 20%. Accordingly, most of them project a further decline in rental fees.
