"Hungary’s Rothschild Kft., operating a chain of retail stores, changed owners and its name, as well, court of registry data show. Rothschild Kft. was taken over last November by József Zoltay and changed its name to Belvárosi-Szupermarket Élelmiszerkereskedelmi Kft., local daily Napi Gazdaság reported on Friday.The five-unit Rothschild supermarket chain was established by Péter Rothschild in 1991. It had annual sales of about HUF 2 billion and profit of around HUF 10 million.
The new owner, Zoltay, also has an interest in Szezám-ex Kft., a wholesaler of consumer goods."
