"The Seventh District has decided not to re-new a ten-year tenancy contract with the Roma Press Centre, forcing the organisation to move out of its office on Nefelejcs utca ef-fective March 1. The office houses the Roma Holocaust archives.Centre director Andrea Tóth said the or-ganisation has no official document regarding its status as a tenant in the building. “Ten years ago this was a ruined barn; now it is equipped with all possible amenities, which is worth Ft 100 million, according to a property appraiser,” she said.
The Centre will temporarily move into a 25m2 flat offered by a friend. "
