S.Korea Hankook Tire says to build plant in Hungary

South Korean tyre maker Hankook Tire has picked Hungary as the site for its new 500 million euro ($597.2 million) European plant, the firm said on Monday.


Hankook said in a filing to the Korea Exchange that it would first set up a unit in Hungary ahead of the construction of the tyre plant. ($1=.8373 Euro)
