EU Commission paints grim picture on Hungary's budget situation |
Hungary is expected to further widen its budget deficit in 2006 and the upward trend is to continue also in 2007, when current policies are likely to bring the deficit close to 7% of GDP, the European Commission said in its Autumn Economic Forecast on Thursday.
