as unemployment rises to 7-yr high
"Hungary's rate of unemployment rose to 7.5% in November (2005)-January (2006), which marks a seven-year high, the Central Statistics Office (KSH) has reported on Friday. The jobless rate peaked at 7.3% last year, first in July-September and then in two other periods.The government can now start preparing for attacks from main opposition Fidesz, which has already trumpeted in its election campaign materials that there are 700,000 unemployed in Hungary."
