Eva Duda Dance Company: Faun, Bethlen Téri Theatre Budapest, 18 Nov, 7.30 pm
In certain respect, the choice of Faun explores the metamorphoses of our personality, the encounters between its human and animal aspects, real and fictional sides, its conflicts, and the resulting transformations.

Faun leads us in the direction of mystical, mythological extremes and fairytale characters, where the enchanted and darkly threatening world of fantasy is emphasised. In the meantime the Faun’ s differentness, its existence as a chosen one and a victim one at the same time is very exciting. And as exclusion is a feature of almost all sensible substances: the environment either elevates it and adores it, or casts out the unfitting one, the one that behaves differently, the seducing alien like. The story telling contemporary dance performance is played in special environment, with water on stage and an island inside.
