Hungary’s Former PM Bajnai & Jávor Top E-PM List

Gordon Bajnai will top the opposition E-PM party alliance’s list of candidates for the European parliamentary elections, the party’s officials told a press conference. Benedek Jávor, co-chairman of the opposition Dialogue for Hungary (PM), will be second on the list, but Bajnai would not take a seat in the EP, Jávor would be the first to become an MEP, if elected.
E-PM aims to send at least two, but preferably three candidates to the EP, Bajnai said.
The MEPs will have to defend Hungarian interests at all costs, if possible, in cooperation with the government, if not, even against it, he added.
