Hungarian National Water Polo Team To Play Against Italy On 7 June
The first official game of the Hungarian national waterpolo team preceding the 2014 Waterpolo European Championship (WPEC) in Hungary is being held tomorrow evening - 7 June - at the swimming pool of Margitsziget dubbed Széchy-pool.

The players of the Hungarian national waterpolo team have gone through immense trainings for the last couple of weeks.

The trainings take place all day almost every day of the week. When the guys are not training physically they are either discussing the strategy or meeting the sport psychologists individually.

The preparation is understandable, as the guys want to do their best in front of the Hungarian audience at the upcoming WPEC.

The team is playing its first public game prior to the “Big Event” against Italy on Saturday evening.

Free tickets are available to be ordered by e-mail - just click here.

Please note that only 4 tickets can be registered for one e-mail address and 400 tickets are distributed altogether.

Before the match the two teams are sharing a set of trainings today.

Coach Tibor Benedek is optimistic about the future as he sees a reasonable development for the team. He emphasized that the friendly match is the first one for both the Hungarian and Italian teams, and he is expecting it to be a good one.
