Hungarian Court Cases Launched Against 60 Pharmacies
By Christian Keszthelyi: Sixty pharmacies are named in court procedures launched by Hungary’s chief physician’s office (OTH), on charges they failed to comply with new regulations requiring the consent of pharmacists on all professional decisions by the pharmacy owners, Hungarian business daily Világgazdaság reported today.

In a review of 2,329 pharmacies, OTH found that 60 pharmacies did not contractually allow pharmacists to exercise their rights sufficiently. The office asked the court to undertake the action without affecting the daily operation of the 60 pharmacies.
