Hungary’s Govt Approves Huf 50bn Of Road Renovation Projects
Hungary’s government has approved 50 billion forints (EUR 160m) of renovation projects on some 500 kms of road, National Development Ministry State Secretary László Tasó said. The ministry will finalise the details of the programme in October, based on a report by the heads of state road company Magyar Közút. Work will start next spring and wind up in the autumn.

The road renovation programme approved by the government last year came to 35 billion forints and affected 570 kms of roads. European Union funding covers 85% of the programme cost.
