Hungary To Bid For 2020 Games, Győr To Host U-16 Chess Olympics
The west Hungarian city of Győr will host the Under-16 Chess Olympics from December 12 to 22 this year expected to draw a record number of participants, organisers said on Tuesday.

 The Hungarian Chess Federation (MSSZ) decided to bid for hosting the 2020 Chess Olympics, MSSZ president Miklós Seszták, the national development minister, told a press conference in Győr.

So far 20 teams have entered for the under-16 Olympics, Seszták said, adding that he expected 500 to 650 participants.
