10,000 Protest Against Internet Tax In Budapest
A peaceful gathering of 10,000 assembled on downtown József nádor tér to protest against the internet tax, then turned violent after the crowd marched along Andrássy út to Heroes Square on Sunday night.

Once there, some protesters attacked the nearby Fidesz headquarters, hurling used computer parts at the building, breaking two windows and knocking over part of a fence.

Earlier, as the crowd gathered outside the Economy Ministry on nádor tér, protest organiser Balázs Gulyás said there will be another demonstration on Tuesday if the cabinet does not revoke the bill within 48 hours.
