BSR Center – A EUR 37 mln class A office complex in Budapest under construction |
"The European division of Israeli-owned real estate developer BSR has started building a category ‘A’ office building of 25,500 square meters in Budapest. The office, which will consist of four wings, will be fully completed by end-2008, with letting agents GVA Hungary and DTZ already at work in search for future tenants, for letting prices of EUR 13–15 a month."Source: magyarirodapiac
