Why Michelin Gave First Star To Tanti Restaurant In Buda

Tanti in Budapest receives its first Michelin star in this year’s 2015 guide. Editor Rebecca Burr praised its “great cooking and simple artistry. This is a stylish modern restaurant and the kitchen delivers ‘clean’, fresh flavours and shows a real understanding of ingredients”.
For everyone who wants to eat well for a reasonable price, this new guide to the 'Main Cities of Europe' also includes a total of 292 Bib Gourmand restaurants, which represent excellent value for money.
A total of five restaurants in Budapest were added to the guide, four were added in Prague and three in Warsaw - more at the source: thestaffcanteen.com
Costes and all the other existing Michelin star holders in Budapest retained their stars.
