BorsodChem buyout speculation on the Hungarian market

"BorsodChem rose 2.6% on Thursday by unusually high turnover of EUR 12 million (some 1.5% of total market cap). There was a speculation on the market that the Rahimkulov family would sell its 25%+ stake in the company to an unnamed Russian investor at HUF 2,800 per share and the stake would be crossed on the market. However, there was “only" 600k stake (a bit less than 1% of total shares) crossed at HUF 2,530, which calmed down speculation and let the price fall at the end of the trading from its earlier 5%+ gains."
