Business Booming At Hungarian Weapons Stores
Turnover at Szeged hunting and weapons stores has soared recently, as residents’ sense of security has deteriorated along the border with Serbia, due to the huge influx of migrants, Napi Gazdaság writes. The far-right mayor of Ásotthalom has been promoting the sale of guns that fire rubber bullets, as a response to migrants.

Gas pistols costing Ft 20,000-25,000 are much in demand. Owners can use them in public after registering them officially.

High-powered weapons that fire rubber bullets are less popular, possibly because they cost Ft 50,000-100,000, the newspaper adds.
