Williams Wows Capacity Crowd At Sziget Festival Budapest
A capacity crowd estimated at 75,000 people sang along with British pop star Robbie Williams at the Sziget Festival on Monday night. Williams reportedly threatened to cancel the show when he saw cameras of RTL Klub television when he arrived in Budapest on his private plane on Sunday. The singer had specified that no pictures of him be taken.

The festival’s chief organiser Károly Gerendai told Class FM on Monday that the singer wanted to be flown to the concert venue by helicopter from the Four Seasons Hotel. However, neither the hotel nor the venue have a helicopter pad.

Gerendai said Williams was paid Ft 100-500 million for his performance, the highest fee paid to any entertainer in the history of the Sziget festival.
