Funding For Economic Development Programme In Hungary Up HUF 74 bn
The government has raised this year’s allocation for the Economic Development and Innovation Operative Programme, a national framework for awarding European Union funding, by 74 billion forints to 902 billion (EUR 2.9bn), an official of the economy ministry official told a conference.

Tamás Boór, who works for the state secretariat in charge of economic development programmes, said 22 tenders for a combined 541 billion forints funding had been called so far this year.

An additional 30 tenders will be called in the coming three months.
