Taxify Mobile Application Registered In Hungary
The mobile application assisted taxi company Taxify Hungary Taxiszervezõ was registered on Friday with Ft 50 million in capital. Interestingly, it is not owned by the Estonian start-up company Taxify but by three Hungarians: Zoltán Ferentzy, Balázs Szilágyi and Zsolt Poprócsi.

Revenues and possible profits will be reinvested in Hungary and this type of ownership structure makes the operation of Taxify easier and its operation more transparent, spokeswoman Kinga Cseh said.

Taxify will comply with all elements of the Budapest and national regulations on taxis, she added, including being painted yellow and applying compulsory fees.

Taxify will charge 20% of the fares from drivers.

Taxify will also obtain a licence from the Budapest transport Centre BKK for taxi fare organising operations, Cseh said.
